Shoreline Ketamine was established in 2020 under Health Independent, LLC by Phoebe J Leith, MD.  

She had been working as a ketamine therapist in Guilford in a private office since 2017, starting under the auspices of Ketamine Center of Connecticut. With the blessings of her mentors, she established her own unique practice that has integrated her anesthesiology training, her pediatric and primary care training, her pain and palliative care training and her training in alternative medicine.

She completed a two year intensive training course in ketamine psychotherapy and psychedelic psychotherapy at the Integrative Psychiatry Institute in 2020.

As a board certified anesthesiologist, she has been safely changing the level of consciousness of her patients for thirty years.
